No.77. in my series of short stories.
This painting of the Lady of the Forest - Tall Timbers is my vision of trees, trees, and more trees. How could we not love the tall trees in Tasmania's forests.
The walking tracks are numerous and in this painting I have depicted in my imagination, myself walking on one of those tracks through the foggy, frosty forest, on a cold winters day and wondering where to next.
I have put a lot of thought into every aspect of this painting, from the mood to the details of my attire, also making an effort to capture the sense of calm and connection with nature.
Life can be overwhelming, and it's important to find ways to cope with the challenges we face.
Painting and connecting with nature is always a source of solace for me, symbolizing my journey through life’s challenges.
It is wonderful that I have had and are still having a lifelong dedication to art and the many different forms it has taken in my life! My passion and commitment to painting, exploring new methods and challenges inspire me to go on. It's clear that my creativity knows no bounds, and it's incredible to think how I have woven art into every corner of my life. No doubt there will be many new techniques and projects that will be exciting to explore.

Love the misty forest!
Beautiful painting!
Perfect!
That is so special Beverley. Had been wondering how you were affected by current weather systems, so this post '5 min ago' has answered that question. Cheers, Glen
